The European research project "Platform for the Deployment and Operation of Heterogeneous Networked Cooperating Objects" (PLANET) was reviewed in Brussels in December 2011. This was the first review of this project, conducted by the European Commission and it was very successful as the comment shows "Excellent progress; the project has fully achieved ist objectives and technical goals for the period and has even exceeded expectations".
